This may be the simplest way to post photos to the blog.
Wow, it’s that simple. Everyone should have one of these. 🙂

Disher Family Fodder
Gar started this mess two years ago and it was supposed to be an annual thing.
I don’t know what happened last year. The first year there was snow on the ground but it wasn’t as cold as today.
When I lift the house this morning it was a tepid 42 degrees. It had to warm up right? Yesterday the weatherman (first mistake was believing them) was that it would be a high of 50.
It just got colder as the day wore on.
We hooked up at the gas station in front of the drawbridge inn around 10am. Pat then took us on a quick ~30 mile ride around the Rabbit Hash area. We stopped at the country store (same as last time) and warmed up by the stove.
Then off to the Hofbrau House for some good eats. My hands nearly froze on the ride to the Hash, but then I wised up and put on my heated gloves. Once they were in place all was well. I think everyone had electrics so no one froze to death.
We left the hash and headed straight towards the Hofbrau for some good eats. Good ride, good time, good company, and good food. Can’t ask for any better than that.
For the ride home it was a balmy 36 degrees and the wind was brutal, but I was as toasty as could be.
Thank you Mr. Gerbings 😉

Bengals finish 8-8, right where they belong.
Is Ratliff the absolute worst kick returner in the NFL? I think he might be.
Marvin will say “We didn’t take care of business, or we didn’t play hard enough”. I think we got all we could get with what we have.
We’ll be paying close attention to what happens in the off-season. The Bengals need a few less thugs, a few more players with heart and attitude and perhaps a kicker.
:/
Even more ironic, is the fact that KC won and the Niners upset Denver, the two things the Bungles needed to make the playoffs.
Honestly, I’m happy with this outcome. The Bengals would have only embarrassed us further I think had the squeeked in. Now they have a the full off-season to plan their moves.
I should have been a boxer…
I picked up Fight Night Round 3 for the PS3 yesterday after a brief preview the other night.
I can’t remember when I’ve had this much fun. Now that I’ve beat a number, like 30, computer opponents and my son a couple times. Perhaps I’ll have to try it online 😉
The last boxing game I played (test runs with Wii boxing don’t count) was the original “Punch-Out” (see Wikipedia) arcade game. 🙂 This is far superior as you might expect.
You can jump into the ring in any weight class and pair any two boxers. Additionally career mode is a ton of fun. The training section (and you need to train for every fight) is a tad weak. But it’s a blast to play.
I highly recommend this game, even if fighting isn’t your style.
