Valentines Day

Matt and I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day most years.
There’s been an occasional gift of flowers or gift basket here and there.
Once in a while we actually get each other a card – but not usually.
We don’t go for the holidays created by Hallmark stuff.

So in our usual fashion I got him nothing – didn’t even say “Happy Valentine’s Day” to him that morning. Wasn’t really thinking about it.
I’ll admit I thought about getting him a card later in the day, I even thought a single rose might have been
nice to receive – but then I knew that if we were going to exchange something
